Simply spin the flow glowing crystal dart to find your flow. The long lasting led light has 12 different light patterns that can make it fade from one color into the next, or do amazing trail patterns that will allow you to go deep into flow comfortably and reliably. This toy is modeled after the ancient Chinese rope dart and is great for practicing the martial arts in a more friendly and flowing way.

The crystal is housed in a sturdy plastic that is hard but not too hard. I got the extra mass for mine. I would highly recommend it. Its almost as if you can feel the weight of the crystal as it spins around and you can go into a pleasant trance just by feeling the weight of it. You can let your own sense of weight drip right off the crystal as it swings around. It is highly meditative and pleasurably addictive.

I am still really new but have found this highly enjoyable. It feels great to get a good rhythm going, where I can just do little circles. Then I can let out a little string and feel the circles start to expand. The light patterns melt from one to another (on my favorite setting).

Anybody watching is instantly drawn in. These light patterns are truly mesmerizing. You can choose your favorite colors, there are Elements Series and an Astral Series color options. Watch the demos to choose your favorite colors.

Swinging the crystal is like going into hypnosis, it feels calming, peaceful. Like everything is just as it should be. You can go deeply into a comfortable state just by becoming aware of the weight and the gravity it commands as you hold it in your hand. You can allow your attention to drift effortlessly down the flow cord and into flowing bliss.

Dancing with this is so fun and adds a whole new range of movements and expression. For advanced users, there is endless depth to be found here.

The package is simple and clean. It feels like it was put together with love from the folks in one of my all time favorite places, Berkeley, CA. It includes a manual with easy instructions and pictures. As an added bonus, they put quotes on the back of the manual.

Now, this wasn't necessary. They could have filled this space with sales messages or just saved ink and left it blank, but instead they put some really cool quotes on it and it honestly made my day.

I have been super stoked with this flow toy and would highly recommend that you get one.
