How to Make Money With Vacant Land…The Easy Way
Many investors sometimes find themselves sitting with a vacant lot, a piece of land, and plan to build on it at some time.

The easiest way to do this that I have personally found so far is by using a website called Hipcamp.com
The neat thing about Hipcamp.com is that you can rent out your land, AS-IS!
I literally just posted a map and some photos of my land and before I knew it I had multiple people renting out spots at my “Campground!”
Within a few months I almost have my taxes for the year paid off.
And I don’t have any improvements on the land, they have to bring an RV or a tent and portable toilet as there is no water or power there.
I will do some improvements for sure, eventually putting a home on it, but in the meanwhile I will probably do some very basic upgrades like putting up some nice signage, building a deck for tents, and adding a porta-potty to open up the market to tent campers as well as RV campers.
The other super useful thing is that they have insurance built-in.
So far my experience using Hipcamp.com has been fantastic so I wanted to share it with all of the real estate investors and land owners that I know.
