Last week I started creating short videos to include in the new mini-series, “One Minute Fifty Seconds of Flow.”

This week, I’m thinking, “5 Minutes Of Flow” might be better.  So starting next week these little chats will probably be longer.

Yes, it would require a bit more of a time investment to watch, but it would certainly be worth it.

Especially for those of us who would like to meditate more but just can’t seem to make the time to sit there and do it.  This is like a Matrix-style download of a trance meditation that will have you flowing through life in an almost magical way without all the hard part of sitting there trying to quiet the “monkey-mind.”

Trance and self-hypnosis were absolute game changers for me in my life and so I want to be able to share this experience with anyone who is interested.

It’s kind of informal, I’m just shooting these videos from home, usually unshaven, possibly unshowered 😛

BUT, fortunately for me (and you) the internet does not transfer smell yet, so, there’s that.

However, I believe these videos can be life-changing for you too.  So if you want to get into more flow states, have your meditation time “done-for-you” the easy way without having to really try too hard or block out half your day to sit in total silence, then this may be just what you have been looking for.
