One of my flow systems for my wedding DJ business is that i offer a free wedding planning kit to brides and grooms-to-be.
there are multiple steps in the process, 1 of which is creating the packages themselves. I block that time it takes to create packages, then I block time to take them to the post office for mailing.
Then, they go on another automated follow up sequence.
All the while the potential client is getting free valuable information. if they like the service they receive from me so far, they can request more information about my specific services which of course I am happy to provide.
finally, if they like the information about me, then we set up an appointment to meet and discuss their event.
the whole process is streamlined and flowing from start to finish.
