all is not well in my real estate world right now. I have to in escrow, both which are behind on their closing dates. 1 should close this coming week now, the other looks as if it might fall out all together.
nothing like getting your hopes up only to see them fall apart. but, this is the name of the game. if I were to get emotionally attached, I would be in a world of trouble. fortunately, I have other things going such as DJ ing ans teaching.
this, for me, is where I am able to flow into other cash flow situations. maybe if I was completely focused on 1 thing I would be doing way better at it, but the flip side is, if it falls apart, I would be sunk.
