Monday Mindset

Happy Monday to you!!

What do you have planned for the week?  What are your “big rocks”?  The things that are the most important to do on your to-do list?

Or maybe you’ve narrowed it down to, “The ONE THING”!   What is the one thing that if you did it, would make all the other things on your to-do list much easier or irrelevant?

Maybe you know what to do but need a kick in the pants, so to speak.

Or, maybe you don’t know what you should be focused on?

Sometimes everything seems important, so it’s difficult to prioritize.

But that’s the beauty of it all!  If everything is important, then nothing is important.

However, through the lens of Time, we can only do so much.  So we either consciously prioritize our energy and action, or we just go with the flow of whatever is going on and maybe we hit our goals or maybe we don’t.

Monday Mindset is about starting the week already clear about the focus and intentions for the week.  It’s about hitting the ground running!  It actually starts the day or night before.

Planning, goal setting, and then working our way back, breaking it down into actionable steps that we can time-block into our day.
