This week has had some great synchronicities!
First, I got a call from someone I hadn’t heard from in 7-8 years.
Turns out, he was listening to the radio the other day, and heard about some company that helps home owners sell their house themselves, without an agent so they can save money on commissions.
He said he went to the website, www.DoItYourselfHomeSellersKit.com and saw that it was my company! ?So he called me to tell me about his new company and setup a meeting.
Wednesday him and business partner took my biz partner Mike and I out to lunch to discuss what our plans are and if there is any synergy.
It was a great meeting, (despite my being 45 minutes late, sorry guys).
While looking for parking, I found a spot right near this sweet car…
I have been reading Shark Tank’s Daymond John’s book, The Power Of Broke, so I have had sharks on my mind 🙂
The meeting was great, looks like we are right about on the same page as to where we are and where we are going. ?They have an home appraisal technology that they have developed which will revolutionize the industry in the same way that our DoItYourselfHomeSellersKit.com will revolutionize the way people sell their homes.
After that meeting, I went by the PB Castle to pickup a check from the last party I DJ’d there. ?Fortunately, I got to see model Victoria Smith (Rock My RV w/Brett Michaels, PBReality) one last time before she moves back home.
All in all, a good week. ?Even though I missed my favorite monthly marketing meeting with The Hour A Day Entrepreneur, Henry Evans.
I was way to sick to go. ? I’ve also missed jiu-jitsu this week too, that’s no fun. ?But better than getting everyone else sick.
Hopefully I’ll be good to go for Saturday morning training. Oss!
