Here I am logging the 3-day pineapple cleanse that I recently completed. Each is a short video (or not so short in some cases) of my experience as I was going through it. I try to sum up the video with a short heading so you can skip over them if you prefer.

Morning 1
Still Morning, Going Strong!
Afternoon, about 5pm, before Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training. Getting hungry, a little tired.
After Jiu-jitsu training. One hour of physical exertion. I survived, but really hungry now!
Weigh-ins
Day 2-pineapple cleanse, 3:30pm -finished lunch, making pineapple tea!
Day 2 afternoon- Crazy pineapple induced rant about relativity, space and time.
Rant continued after battery dies. But then dies again..
still ranting and trying to record it although battery is dead.
Day 2 weigh ins
Day 2- nighttime, getting really tired. Sleep cycle messed up.
Day 3- 7:30 am -Pineapple cleanse, last day.
